1. Safe and reliable
The SF6 inflatable ring main unit adopts SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and adopts a common box structure. All switch devices and all live parts are completely sealed in a fully insulated box. The box is filled with SF6 gas with a relative pressure of 0.036MPa. The sealing structure adopts advanced magnetic fluid sealing technology and process to ensure that the annual leakage rate of SF6 gas in the gas box is ≤ 0.05%.
The cabinet has a compact structure, small size, convenient installation, and no exposed live parts, ensuring reliable insulation performance of the equipment and ensuring maximum safety in operation and operation. It can effectively prevent the invasion of condensation, pollution, small animals, and corrosive chemicals.
2. Maintenance free
The inflatable box is made of high-quality stainless steel plate with a thickness of 3.0mm, and advanced manufacturing processes and testing methods such as laser welding and ultrasonic testing are adopted. The product meets the requirements of GB/T11022 and GB3906 standards for "sealing pressure systems". The sealing performance of all products has undergone strict inspection in the factory. During the production process and subsequent testing, the gas box of the ring network switchgear uses the advanced helium mass spectrometry leak detection method to detect SF6 gas leakage. After being put into operation, only regular checks of SF6 gas pressure are required, and the designed maintenance free service life can reach 30 years.
3. Flexible and reliable expansion
The inflatable ring network switchgear is designed with a semi modular approach for expansion connections, providing two types of fully insulated expansion methods: top or side, to meet the needs of different application scenarios. By reserving interfaces on the top or side of the switchgear, flexible expansion of functions can be achieved, making the overall fixation and flexible expansion of the ring network switchgear harmonious and unified.
